The heating element WILL NOT heat up, even though the bottom is still heating up and the lights are still coming on. The whip heated up and crimped after the first use. The herb falls against the element - common flaw with this design. Bought this model (with ceramic element) for about $80 before tax. Like i said, i liked this before it became inoperable. My advice, save up your money and buy a better unit. You get what you pay for.. if you do opt for this model, buy another whip, and... !!!!!SAVE THE RECEIPT SO YOU CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE WARRANTY!!!!! Now the look of it is not fancy or stylish and you do have to hold the whip up to the unit. At this point, our only vaporizing experience was with my Hot Box, Cubivore. The heat-up time is wonderful, but I'm not such a fan of the angled design. I've found that this increases the risk of the herbal remedy making direct contact with the heating element, thereby risking burning, which defeats the purpose of vaporizers in the first place. And i must say I've used the two latter vaporizers and the vaporking works just as good or even better than the vapor bros. and vapordoc/cannon. It was delivered within two days via UPS just like gotvape.com said it would get here. It was package quite nicely and came with the vaporizer, whip, instruction, sticker, and warranty card. The vaporizer itself is ceramic with stainless steel covering encased in a glass sheath for a glass on glass vaporizing experience with great taste. I get pretty massive hits from this vaporizer which gets me extremely blazed. The whip is also a made of glass apart from the vinyl tubing and it is pretty sturdy and heavy-duty. The vape box itself is finely crafted from wood and has an temperature adjustment nob.
