The only issue we've had is breaking the mouthpiece or whip. It's the low-tech version, a dial used to guess the temp, takes a while to heat up, but all in all, it does what it's supposed to. My wife runs it pretty hot, and seems to be very effective. It will get hot enough, eventually, to light the product in the bowl. Parts are easily purchased from your neighborhood smoke shop. Since there is only one part to deal with, the whip has the bowl, it's easy for my wife to use herself. It looks cool and has a cool light to it but the vape itself is kind of on the lower side of things. When I ordered my box I received it with a broken whip. So I went to my local store so I could use immediately and they didn’t have the Hose. So I tried others and same thing. I found out that I had to order the hose directly thru Vapor Brothers. It then took about a week to receive it. Once I got to use my hose it seemed like it took a little bit longer to heat up then other boxes I have used. It did give me a good vape though. It was not harsh or anything. I recently had a chance to try a the Vapor Brothers at a party, not impressed. After a few pulls, I noticed that it was hard to get a thick, dense, vapor. It was almost as if the whip constricts the air flow too much. I couldnt wait to get to my house to try it out, and to also show it to my room mate. I got home, opened it up, and was somewhat confused about turning it on. There was no traditional "Switch" to turn it on, but instead I had to turn the nob to the 12 oclock postion to activate it. I later found out that is fairly common to not have a switch on box units. It turned it to the recommened setting, and waited a good while for it to heat up all the way. It took nearly 10 minutes! That was a very big turn off for me, and after vaping out of it, It wasnt a high quality vapor. I had my Aroma Classic Vaporizer as well. Both units look similar but there was no comparison. My friends Vapor Brothers Vaporizer took forever to heat up and when it finally got hot enough it barely produced any vape.
