I have had a completely sucky time with this company (7TH FLOOR) and want everyone to know that the Silver Surfer SUCKS and so does the company that makes them. I ordered directly from the company, waited 2 weeks for it to deliver, and then it never worked right. After numerous frustrating phone calls to the company, finally they determine that it must have something wrong with it! Ya Think?
Then................weeks later I finally get a package from them and its the same vape with the same problem! WTF? They tell me that they repaired it and it works fine now? They are not polite on then phone, when they ever answer it, its just pathetic and you should never buy anything from them ever!!
