The learning curve can be a bit tricky but once you learn what you're doing this can be the most effective vaporizer that you can buy. Bag vapes allow more of the vapor to resonate on the bag. Turn it up all of the way and then back about an 1/8th of an inch. The trick is learning how to watch the blend and get it as close to combustion as you can without actually burning it. Twisting your wand and stirring your blend half way through will knock you on your back. After a a few days of experimenting you should be able to get it just right. I got my vaporizer in January of this year (2010) and as an avid body builder I have really noticed the difference in my lungs. I don't have Lung butter anymore! I recommend the SSV to everybody.
