I'm confused after reading all the reviews. The unit I received didn't come with butane. I read all the instructions, filled the unit after I found butane for it. Worked fine until I wanted to turn it off, the unit would keep running and reheating. I wasn't messed up to the point that I couldn't see the O or on off switch. I've tried it to the point that I feel I will wear out the on off switch. Just got this product, but from what I read in the reviews I'm in for a long wait after I return it, waiting for the determination of faulty product or not.For some $200 isn't much, but I expect a good product for that price. Any tips on turning it off? I normally blow out the flame after waiting for it to shut down and I wait for more than three minutes and it is in the off position. I'd be happy to pay $200 for a replacement if I broke it, but having to return it and then wait without a replacement is poor customer service. How about sending a replacement holding on the credit card charge until someone determines the problem? If it is my fault, I'll pay, if it is a defective product, no harm no fowl. It appears the only way to contact Got Vape with a problem is a phone call, maybe some email problem solving, warranty solution option would be nice. Great product, but I don't need to have it run 24/7/365. |
