I recieved my unit one week ago today and I must say that I am impressed. I have puffed the herb for 45 years and the lungs needed to have a break from the smoke. I have been enjoying my classic alot, no smoke just good flavor every breath of vapor and no coughing up chuncks of tar and crud and the herb is working alot better also lasting longer which is a big plus for me because of the constant pain from a couple of bad accidents years ago,lucky to still be alive. I have always wanted a better way to enjoy my herbs and be able to extract the full flavor from it puff after puff and in a much safer way now you have provided it for me with the added benifit of total consumtion of all the good stuff and alot less of the bad. I wanted the upgraded model but was told that there was a hold up at customs so I got the classic and I am still very pleased. Thank you for a simple to operate very functional tool that I hope to enjoy for a long time to come. I wasn't to sure at first but I am sold on it now and I am looking at getting a more portable unit in the future so I will be prepared when away from home if I need to knock the pain level down. Got to go vape alittle now. enjoy
