I wasn't sure if I was going to be happy when I first used it, but after reading reviews and following the instructions given by a user below, I am so very happy I bought the Iolite. It is a great product, and the quality and customer service are both excellent. I, like others, have found the key to use is to let it run with the bowl empty for a couple of cycles, then add your ground product, then let that run filled for three cycles and draw slow and steady with a gradual inhale of breath. I get a great amount of vapor for two people for a good 20-30 minute session, or a couple of 10 minute sessions. Occasionally, the trigger doesn't ignite the butane every time, but you just gotta take it slow and give it a few clicks. Overall, I really love this product!
