I had to constantly try and get it replaced . The warranty is pretty good , only thing is i believe they are out of buisness now because whenever i try in go through the company i purchased it from to get replacemnt parts , they can never supply them . The look of the unit was very simple yet looked cool. If I owned the unit I would have it out on display =) It heated up in about 5 minutes and produced a great vapor! The only thing I did not like is that it is a standard unit which means you have to hold the whip to the unit while you vaporize. I read that it comes with a 3 year warranty which is another plus.
