Vaporite Mini 2 Years, 1 Month ago Karma: 0
I recently purchased a Vaporite Mini and used it a few times before it just stopped working. I tried to get warranty service for it through their website (vaporite.net), but couldn't find a number to call, and the email address is broken.

I'm very dissapointed that I wasted about $100 on this product, and would like to warn anyone that is thinking about purchasing a Vaporite product that you probably won't be able to get it fixed by the manufacturer if it breaks.

det0n8r,

I’m glad you posted, I’ve received a lot of emails regarding this very same situation from lots of folks over this holiday season. Basically honest folks being duped by what seems to be a great price and good looks ends up being a worthless piece of junk.

Even more horrifying is when someone actually purchases a reputable vaporizer from one of these ebay or amazon sellers and they end up with nobody to call and no real warranty because they didn’t purchase from an authorized distributor.

I’ll call my friend “Mary”, this lady got a great deal on a Volcano this Christmas, she’s beginning a regiment of herbal therapy under her Doctors supervision. She didn’t need to be convinced on the merits of vaporization because she simply went with her Docs recommendation.

She found it for a smoking deal on ebay from what she thought was a reputable dealer, after getting it home and trying it, there was a problem straight out of the box. This Digital Volcano, didn’t even turn on.

This is the first time I’ve heard about this sort of thing happening with a Volcano, but with any product you can find a lemon. So poor Mary unfortunately won the bad luck lottery.
So like anyone that has a new product that malfunctions out of the box she attempted to contact this ebay seller. Well there was no telephone number, so she couldn’t call, she used the email and got a response after a few days, the seller promised to help, but then never did.

Mary then contacted the manufacturer and they said they couldn’t help her either because after reading off the serial number to them, it was out of warranty as it had been used with the wrong voltage converter and the internal circuitry had been fried.

Mary is not the only one with this story. Our good brother det0n8r got ripped off in a similar way. But unlike Mary, you bought a hunk of junk that doesn’t ever work.

I’m so disappointed in Vaporite, shame on them. The only unit out of the 6 or so I’ve tried that remotely worked was the Deluxe which we did a review on here at HerbalVaporizerReview.org. Other then that Vaporite’s pushing out vaporizers (if you can call them that) that don’t function, at all.

So this Vaporite Mini that you bought, has anyone EVER used one of these and had a pleasurable experience? I honestly wonder and then I would definitely question that person’s credibility if they said they had.

So once again an ebay or amazon seller get’s over on their customer, you because they have no phone number to call where you can actually get someone on the phone that can help you out.

So det0n8r don’t be to bummed you definitely are not alone. I would spend some time checking out the reviews on this site and then buy it from someone that will back up whatever warranty is represented on the page.

I can tell you through all of my buying experience from going into SmokeShops and buying online. GotVape.com has always come through for me that why I was so stoked with they agreed to sponsor the site.

Moral of the story is get a good vape from good folks!

(I’m testing the new Extreme right now, so sorry if I went on a good one)

Thanks for the response, I'm sure that I'm not the only one, and hope that anyone looking for a vaporizer doesn't go with them.

I'd like to add that I believe these companies can get away with these business practices because of the stigma associated with 'alternate' uses of their 'air fresheners'.

anytime ...

But honestly we need to start holding these people accountable for what they do, so they can't do it to someone else?

What's the 411 on where you bought it? Lets at least let other people know what seller's to stear clear of because it's obvious folks should be very weary of Vaporite products.
