            <title>Subject: VAPORITE VAPORIZERS DEFECTIVE, NO SERVICE - by: Scottim12</title>

            <description>I would advise everyone to STAY AWAY from VAPORITE Vaporizers.  The vaporizer I purchased from VAPORITE, the 'solo-digit', worked fairly well until 4 days before the warranty was due to expire, then it suddenly stopped working.  I notified VAPORITE immediately and the people in their customer service department did everything within their power to give me the run-around, trying to put me off until the expiration date had expired, and then they attempted to tell me that the expiration date had already passed, even though it hadn't.  During the course of our correspondence (which involved multiple emails) they basically called me a liar and intimated that I was trying to rip them off.  I'm a 56 y.o. handicapped Viet Nam Veteran and have no reason to do anything unethical.
All I wanted was for VAPORITE to replace the defective vaporizer but they kept insisting that I send the defective one to them so they could REPAIR it and then eventually send it back to me, leaving me without a way to take medical treatments for who knows how long and leaving me with the original defective vaporizer.  
These people were extremely rude to me, they don't appear to honor the warranties on their equipment and when you call to ask for a replacement for a broken unit all you get are accusations and absolutely no service whatsoever.  In my opinion these people do NOT care about you and they couldn't care less when their equipment breaks down.  They are cavalier and condescending to their customers.  I would STRONGLY recommend that you do NOT purchase any item made by VAPORITE.  In my opinion - their equipment is cheap and defective.
It wouldn't cost VAPORITE anything to mail me a new vaporizer, but for some reason they aren't interested in making their customers happy, they would rather treat their customers like dirt.  I will NEVER purchase anything made by VAPORITE ever again!!
